1. Texas/Lindsey, Hubert [1]

I understand Mr. Lindsey was accused of murder in the state of Texas and was acquitted of the crime. Mr. Lindsey is from Columbus, Ohio where he was in trouble in the 1915, 1917, 1918, 1919 and again in 1934 when he a 2 accomplices caused the derailment of a passenger train. I am sorry I can't give a clearer date for this. Would appreciate any help available. Phyllis in OH

2. 1935 Marion Star [1]

Would like to obtain 2 articles one ran May 23, 1935, in the Marion Star sentencing Mr. Tomlinson to life sentence for train derailment a death of 3 people. The other article ran in the Marion Star on July 16, 1935, with Hubert Tomlinson Sues railroad for false arrest and mistreatment of his father V. V. Tomlinson and grandfather Hubert Lindsey.
