How do you get in to your genealogy? I can't find a link on the site you typed. There are links to other things, but I can't find a link to surnames. Also, the link you sent didn't work for me. Elvis and Jimmy are half 6th cousins. Their Presley ancestor (Andreas "Andrew" Presley) had two wives. One was Elvis's line and the other was Jimmy's line. But if they were half 6th cousins (according to Family Tree Maker) and I am 4th cousin twice removed from Jimmy, wouldn't there be some kind of "half" relation to Elvis? 10. Nicholson and Patrick connection [1]
I am still trying to make a connection between NICHOLSON and PATRICK. My gggrandfather was JOHN NICHOLSON PATRICK. I have learned from reply's from this list that his parents were John Patrick and PEGGY NICHOLSON. Need more information on PEGGY as well as JOHN. Would appreciate your help so much. Billie Holt

Hmmm! that is strange. I'll look into that and see what is going on. I know that your browser must be able to view frames, but most browsers can do that now. Anyway, the shortcut to the Nicholson site is http://timiecox.us/nicholson/nicholson.htm and you shouldn't have to put the www in front of it. I've had other people try it and it worked for them .... but then something could have gone wrong. I descended from William Evans Nicholson who was born in 1765 and served in the Rev. war. 12. SIDNEY ANN PATRICK [1]
SIDNEY ANN was the daughter of John Patrick and Peggy Nicholson. She was born 20 October 1838 and died 17 November 1922, She never married. I have this information from her brother's Bible. Just a bit of family trivia- The early morning after my grandfather married my grandmother a wagon drove up the house with Aunt Sidney and her trunk. This was 7 Dec 1903. She lived there till she died. She is buried in Center Hill Baptist Cemetery in the Gratis community Walton County Georgia. Billie Gray Patrick
