Researching Adams, Loughlin and McMurray of the Killinchy area, 1700's to mid 1800's. Many are buried at Tullynakill or Killinchy Presbyterian churches. McMurray appears to have come from Stirling, Scotland area. Loughlin's were from Comber area, also Ballyboley. Any bells??? Some Loughlin emigrated to New Zealand mid 1860's. Thanks Alan

In Vol. 7, Co. Down Gravestone Inscriptions, the following is written under the Inch Graveyard heading: "This is a walled enclosure to the north of the old abbey. The abbey is about half a mile south of the new road from Crossgar to Downpatrick across a new Quoile bridge. It is in the townland and parish of Inch. Hi Joyce, I too have an anonymous SMART, Agnes b.c.1790, she married William GLASS in 1813, Wemyss, Yetholm. Roxburgh, Scotland, there is also another SMART/GLASS marriage at Wemyss in 1825. Agnes & William are said to have emigrated to Canada but returned so it might be worth looking in Roxburgh for your SMART family and maybe we are linked, I haven't researched the SMART side yet.
