Barringer, Central ,East Side, West Side....all good football rival

Good, because this newbie would love to read all about them, even though I
didn't come from Newark. Its nice to hear about how others grew up in the
State. Susan
A little help please! Tonite as we ate a FLA pizza we recalled how we use to
go to Freda's in Neptune City. I can remember that Mom's Kitchen was across
from the Farmers Market there, but some of you folks in the area, jerk my
memory a little and tell me about Frieda's location. (Note: Pizza here more
like what we use to call Tomato Pies!) Jackie, once a jersybel
Someone tried to take out a credit card on my daughter about a year ago.
They had all of her information, but misspelled the street and town. Someone
at the company applied to was alert and caught it. We think it was either
from computer records at the company she worked at or from filling out
insurance info. No one else knew that she had a new place of employment, but
the person filling it out did. It was really scary and thank God she had
some type of credit check on her cards. It meant that w

Schuetzen Park!!!!!!!!!!!!!, Yes. The North Bergen Fire Dept. used to hold
their "Fireman's Ball" there every year. It was great, and you know when
those firefighters get together. What a blast. I'll have to get my husband to
give me some things to say about that place. Susan

Howdy,
I remember when Princeton High played Trenton, what a game each year.
Both schools hated one another. Always a great game!
Remembering Rainbow girls every Monday night in Princeton. Went on
the train to Denver, with other rainbow girls from the state. Had a
ball.
My goodness- Sprice St., Gee! I forgot all about the Carnival, they
moved it to Princeton Junction so they could have more room.
Who said there aren't any more memories? Just look into those year
books! Remember your first date?

Thanks for the GREAT site. I love it. The music is fantastic and brings back
so many memories. In fact I'm listening to it now. My husband also loves the
site. Looks like it has so many great links to it too. Hey everybody, if you
haven't visited the site yet it is a must. There may be only one problem with

I had a pretty good-sized collection of buttons that said that I'd been a pig

restaurant with bunches of ice-cream flavors, not motel chain. And while
we're on the subject of ice cream, how about the Old Barn Milk Bar up in

This is FUNNY!!
I was on my way to the post office to pick up my case of free M&M's (sent to me because I forwarded an e-mail to five other people, celebrating the fact that the year 2000 is "MM" in Roman numerals), when I ran into a friend whose neighbor, a young man, was home recovering from having been served a rat in his bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken (which is predictable, since as everyone knows, there's no actual ch

For instance. . .how we celebrated our holidays "back in the days when"; what

OK, now that's the way to go. Forgot all about the school trips to Rye Beach
and amusement park, wow they were great. Taking the boat over was a kick.
And Budd Lake, how did that escape my memory, I had a summer love there. I
even remember his name, Jamie. I used to go there with a friend Mona, whose
family had a summer home there. Boy, I thought that was the greatest. Let's
keep those memories rolling. Susan
