Many months ago someone asked about HILLS buried in Clover Hill Cemetery.
There are at least two that I know of. Russell Everett Hill, Jr. d.
10-20-1979 and his father Russell Everett Hill d. 1975. Both are buried in
the Hillsborough, Somerset Co. side of the Clover Hill Church Cemetery.

I believe I have some distant Woolverton/Wolverton relatives that migrated to Hamilton Co. What was the reason all these Hunterdon Co. families moved?

Dear List members,
I am happy at the response to my offer to do lookups in The Kingwood
Cookbook. But it seems as though AOL has been playing games with me again.
I belong to another eGroup and I know that I did not get some of the mail
that went through that group yesterday.
So if someone on this list sent me an email yesterday that I have not
acknowledged, try again. I probably did not get it. I have also sent out
all the look-ups which I promised, so if you did not get yours, let m
Dear Listers,
One additional name that I have discovered that I inadvertently left
off the first list----Mrs. Jacob Risler. If you had a female relative that
lived in that area in that time period and you want, send me her name and I
will double check to make sure that I have not missed her. Remember include
both her husband's name and her first name if you know them (i.e. Mrs. John
Smith, Mary Smith)

Hi Everyone,
Kate Young said, "To the group, and M.F. Pickell in particular..... I almost
unsubscribed because my Kennedy, Vroom & Schaeffer families were never
mentioned in the Hunterdon families.".......
This troubles me! It implies if you don't find an immediate response to a
posting or do not find your surnames listed that you should unsubscribe.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Tracing one's ancestors is
frequently a frustrating task with long periods of failure. That doesn't
mean you should

He was pastor in the year of 1874, possibly before and

Also is this M.E. Church, which I believe to be a Methodist

I have all 3 of these names (Fox, Case, and Huff) in my family line and I
would like to know if anyone knows why these families all moved to
Northumberland, PA, and then again to Butler Co., Ohio after that? What were
the reasons for the moves? I find it interesting that they all moved
together, and they eventually all became related to each other through
marriage. If anyone has any clues I would love to hear them. Thank you.

I'm looking for any information on John M. Hutchinson and his family. I have John born Abt. 1810 in NJ and married Rebecca HANSELL 19 Oct 1834 in Hunterdon Co. We know his occupation was shoemaker before he and Rebecca came to Illinois about 1841. They had children William Henry, Virginia, James Llewellyn, Emma, and Anna May. Maybe these names will help in finding a connection to his New Jersey family. I believe that John's mother's name was Rachel. Rachel also had a daughter, Elizabeth, John's sister

Marshall,
The Cummins' History of Warren County does have an index, but it's not
complete. I've found several family names that weren't in the index. If
there's someone you want me to keep an eye out for, just let me know. I got a
copy at the Warren County Historical Society, and I'm reading sections at a
time. If you have a specific area in mind, include that...that will corerce
me to read that section! ;-)

Carly,
Pleasant Run is southwest of Readington and northeast of Stanton. Both
of these communities in Readington Township have a Reformed church. Since
1842 is 6 years before the start of recording birth records in NJ, I would
suggest looking at baptismal records for those two churches to locate the
missing parents. Microfilm copies are available through the LDS local
history centers. The Readington Reformed Baptisms from 1720 were published
in the Somerset Co Historical quarterlies, but end, unfortunat
Anyone out there researching the BUTLER family of Hunterdon Co., NJ? My
gggrandmother was CAROLINE BUTLER, born about 1838-39 to a JOHN BUTLER and
his wife in NJ. She married JOHN PROBASCO and they raised their children
WILLIAM SANFORD PROBASCO and JULIA PROBASCO near Pittstown.
I'd love to hear from and share with others researching these families.

I would appreciate if some one would tell where
Northumberland, Pa is. I have heard of it before but
never found it.
Thank you very much.
