I have a copy of the Centennial Book (1872-1972) for the Walnut, IL
area. It contains a history of the town, high school, churches,
agriculture, businesses, many family histories, and a list of servicemen
from all wars, starting with the War of 1812, buried in the Walnut
Cemetery. The book contains many individual and other photographs.
There is no index, however, I am willing to do lookups, time permitting,
for anyone interested.

Hello Barri,
Based on info that I have, there were 3 brothers; Anthony, John Phillip and
William.
It appears, that Anthony had a son, William, born 1758 who died 1852 and was
married to an Anna Fisher.
I also have notes that indicate that John Case, son of Anthony, had a
William born 1760, who died 1852.
Then, I have my John Case who had a William b. 1800 and who d. 1864. (But I
think that's obviously too late for you.)
I also, have Foxes and Hoff/Huffs.
The Cases have always been a very confusing issue f
Hi..
I'm new to this list and was wondering if anyone had any information on a Church that was called, I believe, "Minister of Gospel". My Great Grandfather , Joseph KOUFLIE, was supposedly married to a Catherine NASH there on April 1, 1885. The church was located in Whitehouse. Anyone, any help?
Thanks...
Geo.

Greetings,
According to the NJ Biographical Index, my ancestor Jacob K Lewis (b1838) is
documented in a publication entitled the 'Portrait and Biographical Record of
Hunterdon and Warren Counties' published in 1898. I was wondering if anyone
had access to this book, and if so, would mind looking up Jacob to see what
it says about him.
Thank you,
Rick Novak

Two cousins and I are still looking for contact with other descendants of
the three known MASTERSON families of Lambertville, Hunterdon Co., NJ. A
shortened Genealogy Report of one of them is below my signature. A member
of the LYNCH family is also mentioned.
We don't know whether this family is related to our branch of the
MASTERSONs. We're working on it, but it's still a slow process. Anyway, I
have included what we know, even if it doesn't all make sense yet.
If anyone is interested in my sources,

One more place to look is marriages within the Bloom family. I know I have

Speaking of Daniel ENT, I was just looking over a film of Hunterdon County
documents today and noticed that DANIEL ENT along with ??? HART were listed
as Security on a 4 March 1822 letter of adminstration concerning Agnefs
MILLER who died without a Will. The text of this is below.
I am searching a family of MILLERs who moved to Fayette County PA in the
1780-90's. There was a whole raft of Land Warrants all issued on 22 APR
1794 to William, Mary, Margaret, Nancy, John, Andrew, Hugh and James

Hi P.J.
I'm looking at the listings that I have for the children of John & Margaret
and I see they have a John (only info b. bef. 1792.) Their son William, has
a son John (but that's too late for my family); Their son Godfrey has a son
John, (again too late for mine); Son Jacob has a son John. I guess it's this
process of elimination that finally should give us the right father for our
John.
Thanks for the help.
