Hi List, As I'm having trouble with the Norwegian side of my family, I thought I would try to narrow the search & start a list for Ostfold, Norway. I hope we can help each other & find some of our relatives. My GrGrandfather was born in Eidsberg, Ostfold, Norway, 11 Aug 1855. I have found in the 1865 census, for Eidsberg, what I believe is his family. The father--Ole OLSEN, mother Maria Andersdatter, siblings--Karoline, Anne, Maren, Regine & Johan.
