http://www.ecitizen.com/govtlist/township/mn.htm I don't know if this above link has been posted before but this included all the townships in Minnesota and an address for all of them. The addresses are out of date but it might be a start as the the person whose address it is might forward it to the current clerk. The old town records included births deaths and other things. I would think that you could substitute for mn in the address for another state. Ruby
