I have a copy of Ironbark Chips. If you go into www.cornstalk.com.au - they are based here in Sydney and sell out of date editions - they seem to have one on their website. I bought a book off them years ago. My mother and all her people came from Stuart Town - surname Hall and also my Hallidays who were into alluvial gold mining from the early days. I am researching my relation, Thomas R Meadows, who was buried in the Bathurst Cemetery in 1901 aged 38 years.
He was a professional boxer, holding the title of 'Lightweight Champion of Australia" (so I'm told)
Perhaps he may have had his own boxing school.
