Is anyone in Fulton County researching any of these men or their families,
and can you give me any ideas where to look for information: Nathan Wells,
Coonrad Baker, Hugh Sanford/Santford, Benajah Fall were all mentioned on
deeds as owning property adjacent to the Slack property.
In the early 1800s Benajah Slack had a farm on lots 77 and 78 of the
Sacandaga Patent. Benajah's will indicates he was "of Amsterdam, Montgomery
County" and the property was in the area that later became the town of Perth.

resource for finding any or all of the following:

Anybody?
How are the municipalities in Fulton County related to one another
i.e. the Town of Johnstown and the City of Johnstown? Are they separate
entities, suburbs, or are they melded together.
The old census records imply a difference. Do these separations
exist today?
Thanks all,
