This is a repeat of a letter I posted several years ago. I would appreciate information on this crime. Thanks, Fran In the 1950 there was a murder of a young boy named Jerry Reilly from the Francis Road area outside of Batavia, Genesee County, NY. I went to school in Alexander, NY. with this boy, and at the time most of the students in my class were told very little about the crime. I have looked in the files of the Batavia Daily News and could not find any articles about it. Does anyone re

Hi, I'm trying to find some information about my gg grandfather's parents. His name was Versal Porter and I believe he was born in Sheldon, NY in 1828. His father's name may have been Versal also.
