I look forward to the year 2003 being a great one for our list. Because
of the amount new members we have subscribing every day, I feel it is
time to again post the suggested rules of the list...even us long time
members need reminding once in a while.

June 29, 1843 my GGGrandfather William Barr was born, according to census
records, in Ohio. He married Emma (O'Harra) who used the name Harris Sept.
28, 1878 when he was about 35 years old. I know nothing about him prior to
that time except what is stated in the census. He states he was born in
Ohio but his children list his place of birth as "Irish Celt State" -
whatever they meant by that. William and Emma had the following children:

Henry m. Issac Colwell or Caldwell. All his siblings were born in either
Madison, Franklin, or Pickaway Co., OH.
