Oliver and Charlotte moved to sometime in the 1870's. You find them in Centropolis, Franklin Co. Kansas in the 1880 census. You also find Oliver's half brothers, John and William Kilgore there in Kansas. Oliver's father was John Bradford and John and William's father was Oliver Kilgore.
