I would try the libraries for Butler County, their home page is here.
http://www.lanepl.org
You can search their catalog online. I did a search on Seven Mile and came
up with 30 or so hits.
Hope that helps!

Why would a child living in the city of Hamilton go to 7 mile school? That
would be out in the county. Hamilton High would have been his district.
Were things that different in the 30's? Or did he live somewhere else,
(foster child?) when he graduated? Have you tried a Hamilton High Book?
You might find him as an underclassman.
By the way there is a place called Gano.

I am looking for an obit for Harold Day who died Oct. 1960 in Hamilton,
Butler County, Ohio. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me. Thanks Wanda
Hi, Norma!
Living in Hamilton sometimes means that it's quicker to go to Middletown
than to Cincinnati, or even Fairfield! What is the FHC address? I may have
to visit some Wednesday evening.

Hello! Someone emailed me with information on Longview Hospital last week with an address for the new facility, etc. I was looking for records on my grandmother who was an inmate there in 1930. I've lost your information (my computer is unstable) and would sure appreciate it if you could send it to me again.
Thanks in advance,

Dear Donna,
I would appreciate it if your friend knows where to find a Seven MileYearbook from 1930 to 1933. I wonder if schools were able to put out yearbooks during the early stages of the depression?
Hope all is well where you are. Thank you for your help. I am beholdin'.
Sincerely,
Jennifer
Hi,
The Middletown Family History Center is reopening this week after being
closed since the last of October for remodeling in the building.
I volunteer there each Wed. evening, 6-9. Or if nobody comes in, it will
be 6 to whenever I get tired of being there by myself!
Hope to see you there!
Norma
Hi,
I know there are some that would like to have updates on the
meetings. So here goes.
We met on Feb. 14, 2004 at the MiddletownLibrary's Community room. There
was an excellent turnout. All officers were present. Dana Pruitt
announced that the marriage book #2 is now available. And the Elk Creek
Cemetery and the Trenton Elk Creek Cemetery books are now available. If
you are interested, you can contact Dana Pruitt
at "dana pruitt"

David,
Bear in mind that in the early Ohio/Indiana days part of present day Indiana
was in Ohio.
This included part of Union and Franklin and others. Maybe the land records
are in Indiana.

It seems to be working now. Must have been a temporary glitch in the routing
