Could someone please tell me where spefically Rock Township was located? I have the 1820 census for Harrison County and my ancestors are in Rock Township, which no longer exists. The Harrison County Historical data states that Rock and Union Townships were taken to make Carroll County. Any help would be appreciated. I tried sending a file to a Cowgill, and it didn't go through, but I can try again. I never thought about looking in the Stark County Library. Do they have a good genealogical collection? Speaking of libraries, I found a Columbiana Church record at the Western Reserve in Cleveland. Have you been there? Glad to have someone working on the same lines.
