I'm picking up my Wilson and Pearce research again. William Smith Wilson b abt 1799 (OH) m. Rebecca Pearce abt 1820. Her parents Daniel & Nancy (Ankers) lived in Oh... believe Logan Co/Champaign. There are several Pearce siblings. William/Rebecca and 3 of her brothers, John, Daniel and Walter moved on to Kendall Co. ILL 1832/33. Locating where they actually lived in Oh 1800-1832 has been difficult. Kendall Co. History says they came from the Mad River Country. When Daniel died, Nancy moved on to Ken

2. Nathan Potter - Urbana, OH [1]

Dayton National Cemetery records list Urbana, OH as the last residence of Nathan Potter who died October 26, 1891 at the VA Medical Center. He was born approx. 1830. Nathan served with the 151st Illinois Infantry. Would like to share information with anyone researching Potters from Champaign or Greene County. Pam Hawley
