I am looking for the siblings or parents of Charles GATES b. 1847 in New Richmond, Clermont, OH. The only GATES I can find in the 1850 census of Clermont County are some children living with a family named Menzer (Menser) but Charles is not listed. Someone has suggested that these might be Charles' siblings but I can find no connection. Charles married Nancy Mary McFARLAND (b. 1850 in Ohio) in Clermont County although I have yet to find a record of it. Does anyone have any connections to Charles GATES or
