For any interested there are Bealle researchers active in the Campbell Co.
KY site.
There was much cross river activity even though no bridge existed. In my
own lines a Campbell county Truesdell was married to an Ohio Hoover. The
family names White and McCollum appear on both sides of the river as well.
One direct ancestor Josiah Higdon was born in Kentucky in the early 1800's

Hello,
Wonder if anyone have run across any HEDGER's of Tate Twp.? Across the
river in Campbell Co., KY were Kennedy's that married into the Beall,
Lindsey & Hedger families...
Would love to correspond with anyone familiar with the HEDGER family.
Below is some of the current traffic that has been talked about...

I recently was able to get a hold of a copy of Clermont County marriages
1800-1850. The following entries are in it:
3-053 BENNETT Stephen (wid) to Rachel ARMSTRONG 17/Dec/1835 by Timothy
Rardin
3-255 BENNETT Stephen to Margaret RARDDIN 8/Apr/1841 by Enoch (Tracy J.P.?)
5-008 BENNETT Stephen age 23 to Sarah BRUSH age 18 9/May/1848 by Zachariah

I can do look-ups if anyone would like one.

There was a Thomas Kennedy from Brown County, Ohio that moved to Hancock County, Indiana early. There is also a Kennedy Road in what could be Campbell Co, KY, near route 10/ or 10A, which we take to races in Richmond, VA.

Hi Linda,
There were only two marriages of a William Williams 1800-1850:
William Williams to Lucinda Ross (not date) late 1847 or early 1848 by
Harvey Perlin JP and
William B Williams to Thirza Ann Curry 2 Mar 1837 by Robert Chaney JP
I saw no Williams' marriage to a Miranda but there were a number of Williams
marriages to an Ann if Ann might be short for Marianda.
Hope this helps,
Walter Wood
