Hello!
It is time again for the annual Blazer Family Reunion being held in
Carrollton, Carroll Co., OH on Sunday, June 27, 2004, at 12:30 p.m. The potluck lunch
will be held on the hill at Vet's Park where beverages will be provided.
Bazeleel Blazer (1794-1843) and his wife, Jane Burgett (1794-1874), settled
in Jefferson Co., OH.
Below is additional information on his children and grandchildren.
1. George Washington Blazer (1817-1853) married Catherine Scarlott and they
died in Cedar County, Iowa
There are a couple of old genealogy books for
Columbiana county on Ebay now if it may help someone
in their research. One is the 1879 book and the other
is the 1908 book on Hanover in Columbiana co.
I hope that everyone has paused to consider the
sacrifice of all of our war veterans this weekend. I
for one am truly thankful.

Been checking on Expedia, Travelocity etc & min rate is $50. a nite.

Looking for information on Samuel HENSHAW b. 1875 in Leetonia, Columbiana
Co., OH, married Nellie Florence in 1898 and had 3 children.
The story handed down says he was run out of Columbiana Co. for some reason.
He divorced Nellie, came to Harrison Co., WV and married Blanche Ferrell in
1915.
Does anyone have information on his first family and the reason he was run
out of town?
