Dear Lyons Researchers,
I was wondering if any of your Lyons family lived in Springfield, OH. I

Genealogy in Time
The November 2000 issue of TIME DIGITAL has a great cover story about
doing
on-line genealogy research. Author Curtis Rist describes his somewhat
naive
introduction to on-line genealogy. He groped around a bit, probably like
millions of
others. However, as a staff writer for Time, he had an option that many
beginners do not have: he could ask for assistance from experts. He did
so.
In the article he frequently quotes Elizabeth Shown Mills, editor of the

Dear researchers,
Eve or Eva Apple or Appel born 11 Jan 1797 born in PA. died 25 Sept 1879
Jay County, Indiana
Can anyone tell me her parents? She married a Thomas Lyons Sr.
Is there anyone searching the Lyons Family or Apple Family. If you will
post your information maybe we can connect all the Lyons Families together.
Am so glad it turned out to allot of people's benefit, & to our posterity
too! hopes for the future generations of researchers to be able to verify
from that record is what researching is all about!
