I'm looking on any and all BILBYs. William and Phoebe came there from
Washington Co. PA. some time after 1822 Phoebe is buried in Frazesburg I
don't know if William is there or not They had at least one son Simeon who
moved to Kansas Or something like that. He changed the spelling to BILLBE I
don't know if it was changed in Ohio or Kansas or how any of his siblings
spelled the name.

error - in the original message I referred to "section 1" which actually
should have been the "1st quarter-township". There is a big difference. When
Coshocton County was formed in 1811, 4 quarter-townships were set up; later
