Listers,
I was in Tiverton this last Saturday and visited Tiverton Baptist
Cemetery looking for some Humphreys. I didn't find any there even though
this was right next to their land. The Workmans, their neighbors, were
represented in the cemetery. The Humphreys parents in Tiverton, RI were
Baptist which led me to believe they may be in that cemetery.
Does anyone have a knowledge of this congregation? I noticed that very
recently there has been an effort to identify graves there. Small white
wooden markers
Thank you to everyone who helped with the AMORE marriages on Ancestry.com
I think all of you are wonderful! And if there's something I can do to
repay your kind help just let me know !
Again you guys on the list are wonderful!

At one time in the 1930's, my greatgrandmother made a claim for some indian settlement funds. She had to prove at least 1/16th native american ancestry to qualify. Does anyone know anything about this act and if any records are availabe from it. I think it would be an excellent resource

I am looking for a few obscure graveyards in Tiverton Township. I am
looking for the resting place of most of the Humphreys and Cummings that
lived in Tiverton. Zachary Humphrey owned land a few football fields
away from where Tiverton Church stood on Township road 352 in Tiverton
Twp. Was there a cemetery associated with that church? There are a few
Humphreys buried in Tiverton Cemetery but they do not account for the
bulk of the family that resided there.
William Humphrey owned land in section 3, lots 19
Hi,
I was wondering if some kind soul who has access to Ancestry.com could
look up something. They have added Coshocton marriages 1803-1900 to the
Ohio Marriages database. I put in the surname I'm looking for & it
returned 10 hits but I can't access them (I have a sub to the images
online but not the regular databases)
Could someone look up AMORE marriages & let me know what all the hits are
(only 10)
I can return the favor by looking up something from online images for you
(takes a while as it is not inde
