Hoping someone has information to share on Finley and Allie (Gorrell) Edgar, and his brother Ellsworth C. and Permelia (Mettert) Edgar. Recently, I sent a memo to this list regarding possible legislation at the federal level for birth certificates. I have received notes regarding a possible Website for a petition to Congress.
