Seeking information regarding Bessie Lumbert Hessler, married to Joseph Hessler Nov. 1917. Parents were William Lumbert 56 Noble St., Delaware, Mother-Lila Mae Lumbert (died of pneumonia 1904)
Abraham and Catherine settled in Delaware County in the early 1830s with part of their children: Parthenia, Jonathan, Edwin, Sally Ann (Sarah Ann), and Emma Jane. Looking for information on any of the family, but espcially oldest son, Sanford, who may have been with them in the 1830s before moving on to Jay County, IN. He married Adelia Dewolf abt 1837, but cannot find marriage info in either Jay County, IN or Delaware County, OH. Any information on this family great appreciated.

I am new to this list and hope that someone might be able to assist me. My
2nd great grandfather was James Taylor Lunceford. James was born in 1826 and
sometime around 1848 he married a woman named Sophia (I don't have the last
name). The 1850 census shows them as residing in Delaware Township, Delaware
County, Ohio. James was born in Ohio, 30 years of age and had a 2 year old
daughter, mary E. Sophia, the wife of james, was listed as 23 years of age
and born in New York.
