I don't know where Madison Twp. is, but I had much the same problem.
Then I discovered that my TILTON, WOOD and ELLIS families lived right in the
corner of Madison, Franklin and Union counties. Therefore, some of their
land extended into two counties (Franklin and Madison) (Union and Franklin)
and so I have found pieces of information from all three counties. This may
not be the same in your case, but it is worth thinking about! Elva

Am looking for any info on Samuel Mateer-Mater and Rebecca Sawley Mateer in Franklin co. Moved there from Crawford Co. by 1860. Rebecca daughter of Simon and Sarah Egolff-Egulf Shawley and all are buried at Greenlawn.

There are two Calvary Baptist Churches listed in the Columbus and vicinity
phone book.
There is a Calvary Bible Baptist Church at119 Cleveland Avenue in
Westerville (a suburb of Columbus) Phone Number (614) 891-1250 and a Calvary
Bible Church at 3865 North High Street in Columbus. Phone number is (614)
262-2006.
There are other Calvary Churches of other denominations. If you need those,

WHITE CROSS HOSPITAL IS WHAT IS NOW RIVERSIDE HOSPITAL. THEY WERE AT A
DIFFERENT LOCATION DOWNTOWN CALLED THE OLD WHITE CROSS HOSPITAL, THEN IT WAS
CALLED WHITE CROSS, THEN RIVERSIDE. MANY INTERESTING PICTURES OF WHITE CROSS
APPEAR IN THE HALLS OF THE CURRENT RIVERSIDE HOSPITAL.

I am trying to find information on a Eliahu Commandor Tipton my Great
Grandfather on my mothers side. All I know is that my mother was born
Feb. 03 1928
in Franklin Co. Oh. My mother died in 1973. Her mother was Hazel Helen
Tipton.
Hazel was born in April 26, 1908 in Franklin Co. Oh.
What I know about my ggrandfather is;
His name was Eliahu Commandor Tipton. He married Barbara Epley Honeycut.
Eliahu's father and mother was Issac Samuel Tipton and Rebecca Ann Smith
Issac's father and mother were Amber Sam

I definately recommend Ancestry.com. It has helped me in many ways. I
always seem to go back for the same information and find more added as well.
They are constantly updating and adding new information. You might want to
try a short time period for joining, at first...in case you don't like it.
