A big thanks go out to Teeter Grosvenor. This is a wonderful addition to the website, which I am sure that I will look back at many times. I must say that I have been to the Anderson Allyn Room at the Chardon Library just about three weeks ago for the first time. I was amazed at all the helpful information that I found there, all in that little itty-bitty room. It is the best library that I have been in a long time and I would suggest to all the list members that if you can visit there, you will be more

FYI: All the Geauga Co. cemetery data is now online in the USGenweb Archives for Geauga Co. The URL is: ftp://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/oh/geauga/cemeteries/ If you don't have Internet access, drop me a line letting me know which town that you would be looking in (if known) & the name of your ancestor & I'll take a look for you. These files are very large right now so loading is slow. They will be broken down to smaller files eventually. Alice ------- USGenWeb Project County Coordinator for the f

17. THANKS FOR THE CEMETERY LIST [1]
I have been "reading the e-mail" for about a month as a newcomer to genealogy on line. That cemetery list was exactly what I needed. Many thanks to Teeter Grosvenor! I am researching Keeney, Keeny, Dewey, Brainard. I expect to be traveling to Geagua County in July or August and do some research there, and the on-line information I am getting is so helpful. 18. Geauga Cemeteries--credit [1]
Last night as I posted the fact that the Geauga Co. cemeteries were online, I neglected to give credit to the person who actually did the work. Teeter Grosvenor, of the Geauga Chapter of the OGS, is responsible for getting this all online for us. I believe there is an email address listed for either her or the Geauga chapter on the web page, if you all want to drop her a line & thank her for her work. 20. Thank you! [1]
Teeter Grosvenor has done all of us a tremendous favor. I know that I can't say a big enough THANK YOU! Within minutes of reading the post to the list that it was there, I went to the site and I knocked down a few of the bricks in one of my walls. I'm hoping that the whole wall tumbles, but even if it doesn't, it sure feels good to have experienced a day that yielded even the slightest 'something.' Thanks for that. Beth Bourque
