I am looking for information on a Lemuel Purdy, I found him on the 1820 & 1830 census in Parkman, Geauga Co., Ohio. My ancestor is Winfield Scott Purdy, born 1832, in Ohio. I found him living next to two other Purdy's on the 1870 census, One is a Lemuel Purdy [I think he is Lemuel Junior], and a man by the name of Pitt Lawrence Purdy b. on Jan 23, 1834 he was born in Parkman, Geauga Co., Ohio. There is a new links page at the NEOCAG site (NorthEast Ohio Computer-Aided Genealogy Society, Inc.) for the above counties.
