My great-grandmother, Margaret Ellen Kennedy, was born in Cincinnati,
Hamilton Co., OH, on 30 May, 1865. I have been unable to locate her birth
certificate from the city, county or state. Her mothers married name was
Catherine Kennedy, born in Ireland (supposedly Co. Cork). Her father,
Unknown Kennedy, was also from Ireland. He was conscripted into the Union
Army and died in the Civil War.

Looking for link between Fastnacht / Tully and White all in Cincinnati.
One possible link is Ellen Watson married into the White family and
Catherine Watson her sister?? married Philip Tully September 16, 1867 at St.

from Genoa on board the S.S.Silencio Mar. 6, 1854 to New Orleans then to
Cincinnati where one child died at Main and Canal Streets. Looking for
info on who died in 1854, and anything on Bartolomeo b.1840, Catterina
b. 1853, Giacomo Andrea b.1843 all born in Italy. Carolina b.1858 and

I'd like to contact someone who is going to be at Spring Grove
Cemetery, Cincinnati. I understand that John Lewis Chiles (died in
1870's ?) is buried there in a large Chiles section (I heard 1/4 acre
in size). I need to know what that one tombstone says because I have
conflicting information. I don't want anyone to make a special trip
there, but I'm out in Pasadena, CA and not likely to ever get there
myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seeking information on John TILLER born abt. 1826 in Holland. Married
Ellen TILLER born abt. 1830 in Holland. I have no date of emigration to USA.
In Cincinatti before 1862. Five children listed on 1880 Fed Census: Jacob,
Mary, Richard Cornelius (my grandfather), Elizabeth and Ellen. Those Dutch
were pretty close-mouthed.

I am searching for my great great grandparents- Gordon McDonald & ??.
My great grandparents were Frank E. McDonald and Winifred Callaghan.
They lived in Price Hill in Hamilton Cty Ohio. He was an employee of
the Cinti Gas & Electric Co. in the engineering department for 40
years. Frank was born in 1871 and died April 3, l944. Winifred was
born December 16, 1873 and died October 7, 1961. They had six children:

married Seymour Coates in 1805. When he died she moved to
Allum Creek MM and then Cincinnati MM and then her trail goes
cold.
Rebecca Coates is the daughter of Deborah and Seymour.
She was born 19 Dec 1812. Her sister Hanna
Who were the parents of Hezekiah MCMAKEN and Sarah Ann VANGORDEN? They were
married in Butler Co., OH on 30 Aug 1832 by the Rev. David Layman. Hezekiah
appears on the 1832 Personal Property Tax Duplicate for Union Twp. in Butler
Co. along with several other McMakens but I have not been able to connect
either he or Sarah with their parents.
Hezekiah is on the 1840 Census for Shelby Co., OH, Loramie Twp. He, his wife
Sarah and three children; Elizabeth, Joseph and Josephine, next appear on the
1850 Census fo
