In 1850 a young boy (10 yrs. old) named M. Henry died of burns in Hancock
County, Ohio according to the death record on Ancestry. I would like to
find more out about this boy. I'm wondering if he was the son of Moses
Henry who bought land there in 1844. I would like to know if anyone out
there knows what newspapers may have been published at the time that may
have carried this story. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.
Greetings:
Elma F. Van Horn, was my great aunt and a few of the Van Horn obituaries that
I have list a couple of variations of what her name was.
March 1903, Mrs. B. G. Hoy
March 1916, Mrs. L. A. Hoy
May 1946, Mrs. Ben Hoy
Can anyone tell me if the Bennett G. Hoy listed below was the husband of Elma
F. (Van Horn) Hoy? And does anyone recognize the L. A. Hoy? Perhaps this was
just an error.

I am just starting to do my family Gen. and would like to know if anyone
that lives in or used to live in Findley, Ohio may know of or about the
family of Gordon, William Creighton that lived on Bank St. near the
railroad tracks. He was married to Martha Jane Michael and they had 6
living children. One of them is my mother Rhoda Ann born on March 24,
1909 at that home. I am looking for relatives of both families or anyone
that may have known them that can tell me anything about them. My

The Findlay-Hancock Public Library can probably answer your question. I
know they have extensive records on Findlay papers, but don't know for sure
how far back they go. Hope this helps. Worth a try.

Does anyone know where the Fountain of Fostoria Cemetery is located? I
would like to know the township and address if possible. Any help will be
appreciated. Thanks.
Moses Henry, Enoch Henry, and possibly George Henry lived in Hancock Co. and
Seneca Co. in the 1820's - 1850'2. Enoch supposedly died in Seneca Co.
Moses bought land in Hancock Co. in 1844. Does anyone have any information
on this family?
Harry Lee and Laura Blosser were the parents of Kenneth Lee, b. 8 Oct 1914
in Continental, OH. Does this family appear in any records that anyone on
the list might have in their files?
I would appreciate any replies.
