Sandi,
I called Forest Cemetery this morning and unfortunately do not have good
news. He said that he has no one buried there with a name anywhere close to
Moungie. What was your source for thinking that Augustine was buried there?
Do you have his obit? I also called the library and they do not have an
obit for him. Would love to help but need more info.

I have just completed a book on my Irish relatives who lived in Toledo for
several years (1864-80). Where should I donate this book in order for it to
have the most genealogical value? I would very much like to hear from
distant cousins who I know are out there but I have not found. Diane

Is it possible that some of the list of survivors are still living? Could the rights of those who are still alive be trampled on by giving out the info?
However, it seems redundant to state that they would send it out if you had a copy of the death certificate. You don't have to be related to get a death certificate copy, at least those held by those available online can be gotten simply by request accompanied by payment.
Could be that the funeral home which you didn't get cooperation from does not have t
I am searching for information on David A. Bohannon and Ray L. Bohannon.
Adia (Addie) F. Wiley or Willey Moungie lived in Toledo, OH from about 1918
until her death in 1930. She was born in Louisville, KY and that is where
she was buried. David and Ray Bohannon were pallbearers at her funeral in
Louisville. I am trying to find a family connection.
Thank you,

There is a guy at the antique mall at Central and Douglas that sells
yearbooks. He might have them if you can nont find them. They are not cheap
of course since he has then under "antique". If anyone is interested I will
get his name and number.

Bonnie: You can probably get images of muster rolls for your War of 1812
ancestor on www.ancestry.com. From the information extrpolated from this
image you can order military records from the National Archives. I don't
know how long it would take them to copy his information, but most often it
is worth the wait. I get down to DC about once a year, and spend the day in
the library & film rooms, so I have never needed to order through the mail.
Perhaps someone else on the list can share more. Than
More recently questions were asked in this group about highschool
year books in Toledo. Here is another one:
Which highschool would a student have attended who lived at
803 Nevada Street in 1910 to 1912?
Do year books from that school and from that time still exist?
Searching for Medora C. Mulinix who married W. T. Hennig sometime in the
1800s.
Their daughter, Grace S. Hennig (my grandmother) married Albert O. Kummero on
Oct. 21, 1896. The Rev. H. Peters of St. Matthews Lutheran Church performed
the ceremony at my grandmother's parents home, 1210 E. Bancroft St. After
the ceremony my grandparents lived at 349 Missouri St. They had one natural
daughter who died at a young age. They adopted two children, Norma Lucille
(my mother) and Elvin. I know there must be
James J. Whitty was MIA in Jun 1944. He had graduated from Woodward High

Does anyone have a Woodward High School Annual for the year 1941 that could
look the seniors up for me? I would love to have a picture of him. I would
be glad to pay copying and postage.

Elliston, Ohio? I know it isn't in Lucas County, but was hoping someone
might know anyway. Thanks!! Lori
Does anyone know what I would have to do to get a solider recognized at a
cemetary? My ancestor was in the war of 1812 in Swift &Dobbs regiment in New
York but is buried at Willow cemetary. He relocated to Lucas county before
1850. Also would anyone be able to get me hooked up with any info on this
regiment or where I could get the info other than pension records if there
are any?
