Doug - you will fascinated?, mortified?, confused?, elated?, to
learn that the John CRAIG who married Elizabeth HOLE died in Montgomery Co.
John's family may have derived from New Jersey (which is where his wife
Elizabeth was born), but we generally believe they were married in Virginia,
lived in Kentucky for a while and eventually joined Elizabeth's brothers at
Miamisburg, south of present-day Dayton. I don't have even a guess about
John's ancestry.

Happy Holidays to everyone! It's been awhile since I posted anything
so.....here goes nothing.
My family lines are Springer and Wolfe, with many collateral lines. My Aunt
Erma loaned me her copy of the history of Wolfe Family, written by Archer I.
Wolfe, family historian. The only info I have verified as yet, is what I
know first hand. Aunt Erma is suffering from Alzheimer's, sometimes her
memory is sharp and other days not. It has been a real treat for me to sit
down with her!

I have long been interested in the particular CRAIG family who begins with
John CRAIG & Elizabeth HOLE. One son named Seymore (and various spellings)
was in the Darke Co. census (Versailles area) in 1850 and that is the first
time we can see the names of his children. Sadly, many from his first
married to Sarah ATCHISON were married themselves and/or away from home.
Seymore disappears from the census record after 1850. I don't have a
complete list of his children.
It is my belief that, at least, some of

I can't help much with the Donisi family, but I sure remember the pizzas. They
had a restaurant on the west bank of Grand Lake during the '60s. I believe the
gentleman's name was George. You might want to contact the Cassano family in
Kettering, Ohio. I think Vic Cassano's mother-in-law was a Donisi.
Just found a webpage with some info. http://www.cassanos.com/History.htm
Hope this provides a clue.

I think that is the Allen Library in Fort Wayne,
Indiana. Great genealogical resource library, second
only to LDS in Utah.
