Actually, the cemetery in Fulton is "Fulton Cemetery". Lincoln is the name of the Township. The cemetery is on County Road 25 at the west edge of Fulton.

William Westbrook born 1786 in Fauquier County, Virginia married Dorcas
and/or Lady Enoch Moffat/Moffett 1 Jan 1811 in Frederick County, VA.
He died in Caldwell, Ohio. In the Fredrick County, Virginia Marriage
Bonds books it lists a John Moffett (note the spelling)
the father of Darcus as the bondsman for her wedding. The marriage
