Regarding the Orphanage in Helena. My dad and his siblings were placed there sometime around 1926, only one was adopted and the other 5 remained there and went to school there. I would love to know more about the area. Thanks mary
I'm trying to find more information on Earl B. PINEGAR. His social security record has him born in Kansas and the 1920 census has him born in Oklahoma. In 1920 he is living with his grandfather (Henry) and other relations in Empire, Harper Co, Kansas. I am trying to find more on his parents. It is quite possible that his father was killed in Quinlan, Oklahoma in 1904 when Earl B. very young. Many of the Pinegar family lived in Oklahoma along the Kansas/Oklahoma border. The 1920 census family does not includ
