Thank you so much, that means a lot to me. One of these days, when gas prices go down or I get richer, I plan on expanding to Olive and other towns in Creek County. Right now I stay pretty close to home, or if I have other things to do in a town, I grab my camera and make a day out of it lol. There is not a written cemetery listing for the cemeteries in Drumright. The man in charge, Cam Bookout, fire captain, could give us the directions to find our ancestor, but told us there is no list available. There are three cemeteries, South, North, and Oak Hill. Loretta L.

21. Malinda BURGESS [0.986322]
Does anyone know the burial location for Malinda BURGESS? Her son, James Wiley BURGESS lived in Terlton, OK. He and his wife have large marked stones there, in a much larger curbed area in the cemetery. Nothing else is marked, though there is plenty of room for more family members. If you have access to the cemetery records, I would certainly appreciate a lookup. Thank you. Bobbi, Thank you for the suggestion. I actually had already found the obituary on the index at the site you listed below, but the issue it lists wasn't available yet at SmallTownPapers. However, I also tried emailing SmallTownPapers and they were very quick to respond and will actually be able to have the image up on their website tomorrow. It's a great site!
