Hello My Friends, Daniel most likely a white man married Lucy FIELDS of the Cherokee Nation. My guess is they were married between 1760-1770 in Tennessee in the Old Cherokee Nation. They both died in Georgia after 1800. Many of these families moved to Oklahoma and the surrounding states. Perhaps you have one of these surnames. Hello, I am searching for information on Martha STEPP/STEPPE. Supposedly Tallaqua(probably mis-spelled) This is my GGrandmother. She has fallen through the proverbal cracks.
