Dave, that is the West Half of the West half of the Northeast Quarter of that section, Each section is 640 acres, so a quarter section is 160 acres and this tract is 40 acres. The Love County Assessor has this mapped if you want current ownership. Give them a call after the Holiday. Can someone tell me how to locate this land. The legal description is (W W NE OF SEC 7 6S 3E ). I know how to find the section, but don't understand the W W NE part. Any help would be appreciated. Dave
