I didn't mention in my former post that Columbus Allen Jenkins was a photographer, and we would love to find some of his pictures if anyone has one of them. His wife, Charlotte Frances (Fannie), ran a boarding home in Henryetta with another husband after the death of Columbus Allen.

Hello Tom, Yes Andrew Jackson Treat was my ggrandfather, The cemetary and birth place are correct. The older people in my family all say that everyone called hime Uncle AJ. My grandfather was William Franklin Treat his family left TreatAR in 1898 to move to OK. I don't know how much you know about Andrew, I understand he led an almost sucessful fight to keep Arkansas out of the Civil War, I believe he was a concientious objector (religiour reasons) he did enlist in the Union Army in Ozark as a doctor/nur
