Well, sort of like that. Rocky is a town in southwestern Oklahoma, as is, Colony. Colony is not the same as Rocky and there is no connection between the two as far as I know. Colony was the town that had the Indian school. Actually, the town was formed after the Indian School was started. You can see it on line.
