Jerry: thanks for the info, I also was born in klamath Falls in 1943. I am not sure what the name of the hospital was though. I have found a great post card on ebay of the Hillside Hospital taken in the early 1940's thought if that was the only hospital in KF in the 1940's I would buy it. Now I have found that there was also a klamath Valley hospital. I will have to investigate some more. Thanks again for the information. Sharon

Sharon, Hey, my wife and I were both born in the Hillside Hospital, 1944 and 1946. I believe that Hillside Hospital is now a church. It is still a beautiful building. Anyway, according to the National Register of Historic Places at http://www.nationalregisterofhistoricplaces.com/OR/Klamath/state.html it looks like there was a Klamath General Hospital on Esplanade and Klamath Valley Hospital on Pine St..
