I'm interested in the name "Clark", J.C. Clark to be exact. The name is listed on a photograph as the studio, I'm trying to date this photo and would like to know the dates J.C.Clark studio was in business in La Grande, OR.

In response to your kind offer of look-ups for obits, I need a look-up for:
Paul Samuel HINZE
1886-1892 Cove, Union County,
He, supposedly, was a minister at Cove Baptist Church in Cove, having come
from New York with his wife and 2 daughters. (One of them my grandmother) They,
wife and daughters, were back in NY in 1892 with the wife listed as a widow.
I am trying to find out if he really died there or not. He would have been in
his mid to late 30's at that time.
