Hi Barb, I am also trying to locate information on M. Evaline RUTTER (Mary) b: c1829-30 m: Levi Piper These are my grandparents.... I have found them listed with children on the 1860, 1870 & 1880 census' for Tell twp., Pa. If you anyone should come across these names, I would appreciate any help you can offer. Hope this helps you Barb.... I don't know anything more about the Rutter families.....but have been gathering info on them, & filing it for future use. I will check to see what I have hidden.
