Is there anyone who can get a copy of this death cert for me? If so, please email me and let me know how much it would cost--I'd rather pay a fellow researcher than the courthouse!
Thanks!

Hi Everyone,
I was corresponding with Diann recently and she told me that she was in the
process of scanning Volume 2 of the "History of Cambria County, Pennsylvania
by Henry Wilson Storey". As you probably know, Volume 3 is already on-line,
scanned by Diann and transcribed entirely by Martha Humenik. Lisa Baker
loaned both books so that they could be scanned for the project. We have a
very impressive section of books on-line on the PACambria site, due to the

Hello List,
I was just wondering if anyone has any connections to an Ellen PRITCHARDS that married Albert HARRIS in Dudley, Staffordshire in 1868? Ellen's father is listed as William and a miner in 1868.
Albert's father is Hiram and a roller...
The HARRIS line is my connection and it seems they were in Pennsylvania by 1870... Albert and Ellen appear in PA. 1880...

I am looking for any information on the Quinlan Family of East
Conemaugh. I just discovered this branch of my tree and don't have much
information except what is below. The Quinlan's were in East Conemaugh
from at least the mid-1850s. They appear to be the only Quinlan's in
the area, and perhaps the whole county. It seems a few of them moved to
Pittsburgh by the 1890s. If you have any relatives that married one of
the Quinlan children I would love to hear from you. Thanks, Shaun

I apologize for not replying right away to all the kind folks who have sent me info on death certificates, etc., and offered help. They promised to get back to me in 72 (!) hours. I am able to receive your messages and will get back to everyone as soon as I can. Sorry. But thanks for all the get email!
