James: When I received your inquiry on Dec 2, 2007 I did not know what the ancestry was of your grandfather, Beryel Jacob Pace. 13. Re: [PACE] Alfred Pace - Millie Bray [1]
As far as I know, there is no direct evidence that Alfred was the son of Edmond. The Carrie Pace letter does not name him. Bruce Howard CLAIMS he is Edmond's son, but furnishes no evidence for this connection. I THINK he is assumed to be Edmond's son because Edmond was the only known Pace in Surry Co. at that time who could have qualified as his father. M. A. Causey
14. Re: [PACE] Burrell Paces [1]
Your Burrell Pace , b 1823, was the son of Dempsey Pace and MACY Yarbrough and was of the Clarke Co, AL family. Burwell Pace, born 1800-1810 (apparent son of William Pace and Druscilla), md Elizabeth Thornton, also was in Clarke Co, AL. These Paces are believed to be descendants of the elusive Frederick Pace of Wales and not related to John the Tory. Miles Causey ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gordon W. 15. Re: [PACE] Frederick of Wales group - Preliminary results 113987 [1]
I am in total agreement with Joe on his analysis of the DNA results and their interpretation that this group of Paces are not related in any way to John Pace (the Tory) who married Sarah. With results from the lines of two sons of Frederick Pace, we know the DNA results of Frederick Pace himself through the process known as triangulation. There is no doubt remaining that Frederick Pace was not related to John Pace (the Tory). Hopefully, we can put that speculation to rest now. Rebecca Christ

I don't know if this has been on the List or not, but this was a Roger Pace that made several movies and TV appearances back in the 1950's, most of them B-Movies and the most notable "The War of The Collosal Beast" released in June 1958. I researched this several years back, because I am also named Roger Pace, but have forgotten what Ancestry he was tied to. Yes, that is correct. The DNA results indicate there is absolutely no relationship between the Frederick Pace line and the John Pace of Middlesex line or the Richard Pace line. They are a distinct line of Paces - one of several distinct lines of Paces that have been found through the Pace DNA study. Rebecca Christensen Miriam Nixon wrote: As I understand it, DNA evidence also shows they are a distinct Pace line, and could not have descended from the John of Middlesex an
