In my reading of the Henderson County, NC P's & Q's I found several references to his being named administrator or guarantor in estate actions. I found one entry where he was referenced as Captain Leander PACE. I made a note to transfer it to my history and then promptly lost it. Dear Rebecca, Please send me the information----I have a descendant of the Gideon Pace that went to Texas about 1828-9. I think he might be persuaded to submit a sample to have the DNA done. He should match Gordon W. Pace. This Gideon Pace died and his underage children petitioned for entry into Texas mid 1830. We think he is son of my William Pace Sr. d. 1845. We think this Gideon left Robertson/Montgomery Cos. TN about 1825, went to Haywood County TN a few years then on to TX, died 182

The applicant can make out the application in the usual way and request an invoice. Then email me and I direct FTDNA to pay the invoice out of the general fund. Hi Jack, My ancestors are from Kentucky and also from Missouri. I just visited Neosho, MO in June after the Pace Society Reunion in OKC,OK. The reason for this e-mail is that my Grandfather Z.T. Pace took all of his family including my grandfather John Gilbert Pace, to MO. My father, Roger Gilbert Pace was born there, I am wondering if this Pace could be connected to my Z.T.
