On 2 March 1839 he married Sarah E. KUTZ. Daniel and Sarah's children were: Louisa, John, Mary, Luther, George, William, Charles, Edwin, and Margaret. William was born in 1849 in Lamar, Clinton Co. My "History of Dauphin and Lebanon Counties" also has the following mention of Stump's Town: "Fredericksburg was laid out in 1754 by Frederick Stump, whose father, Christopher Stump, took up land in that locality at a very early date.
