If you go to your Public Library in the City that you live in, speak with a
"Librarian" there that does researching/or genealogy. Tell him or her that you
are looking for any information on a Man who was a "JUDGE". Give them his
"Name" and the possible name of the City and State that he was from and "where
and when" he did his "Judicial Service". Also, give this Librarian all of the
informatioin that you can on this "Judge", like you have on this email of
yours.

address is City-County Building Allegheny County, 414 Grant St. Pittsburg,

Jacob Kline, b. PA, perhaps Berks co., about 1798, died Schuylkill co. 1880.
He married Hannah Williams as his first wife and mother of their five known
children. His second wife was Marcia Lewis.

the 1900 census he was shown as living at 141 Fifth Ave, Pittsburgh,

Either of those dates could be the correct (or the wrong) date... The
information that is given to the census takers may very well have been
wrong, just as the information given to the cemetery can easily have been
