is a new one on me and my records say the name of her previous husband - and
the father of your ancestor Emma - was "Brittan."
In the 1860 census for Harmony, NJ, she's recorded three households away
from where Joseph Drake Metz is as

George Gibson, of Hickory Town, aka Gibson's Pastures. George Gibson
kept a tavern on the site long before Hamilton laid out the town. In
1734 the town had 200 people living in it.
Gibson, Henry W., subject. The Gibson family came from Ireland and the
great-grandfather of Henry W., with 2 brothers made his appearance here
at a very early day. His wife died when our subject was about 10 years
of age. Their son, Michael married Mary Shertz.

In 1776, 6 taverns were kept (Allentown) by Henry Hagenbuch, Michael
Klechner, Nicolas Fuchs, Michael Schroeder, George Weiss, and Philip
Klotz.
The Hagenbuch family was represented here as early as 1773 by Henry
Hagenbuch being licensed in that year to keep a tavern. He was succeed
by Jacob, who was either a son or a brother, and he by Jacob 2nd, whose
sons, Benjamin J., and Charles H., carried on the same house-The Cross
Keys-in later years. This house was conduct4d by members of the family
Joseph Boyd, subject.
I. John Boyd, great-grandfather was an American patriot who was killed
while serving in the American Navy under Commodore Decatur during the
bombardment of Tripoli, in 1804.
II. James Boyd, son of John, was born in 1795 at Phila., and was bound
out in tender boyhood years, to the Dunffield Family. He accompanied
them to Damascus township, Wayne County, He died in 1842 at age 47,
leaving a widow, Nancy, d/o David Canfield, of Litchfield, CT and a
family of children. His wife Nancy died

B.C. Walter, MD, born June 15, 1832 in Northampton County, s/o William
and Mary (Bunstein) Walter, also natives of this county, while his
grandfather came from England, and his mother's side is of German
descent. She was still living at age 100 at Easton (1894).
B.C. married Camillia, d/o Jacob Brunner, children; Robley, a physician
of Easton; Laura, wife of Howard Knecht, Delia, the wife of Allen
Woodring, of Bethlehem,
Might be William Frable, age 13, Lackawanna Co., in the 1880
census. A search at www.familysearch.org shows this as the closest
est. year of birth for "William Frable" in PA. (If age 23 in 1890 was
correct.) This Williams was in the household of Adam Frable in 1880.
Do other folks in Adam's household fit into your tree?
