I'm looking any information on the Goodwin family before 1800. There were
at least four of them I can find mention of: Abraham, Richard, Benjamin and
John. Benjamin married a Mack, Richard married a Weyburn. I have no clue
about John's or Abraham's wife. Abraham settled in Luzerne County and the
rest in Tompkins County, NY. Mt Bethel is mentioned in what I have read.
Anybody???

I'm researching the OLIPHANT families of Northampton County, who
migrated from N.J. in the 1700s. Some of them, including my ancestors,
later migrated to N.Y.
I came across some references that they were in Lower Mount Bethel, PA.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
