Were the Decker, Foote, and Robinson families on page 93 of the 1850 Lenox, Susquehanna Co,Pa census related? I especially would like to know if B.C. and Levi DECKER were related. B. C. DECKER, 27,is listed with wife, Emily,17. Her parents it seems, Ashbel & Esther MACSOM, follow. Next are Nathan B. and Elizabeth Robinson FOOTE. Dan ROBINSON,brother of Elizabeth FOOTE, and his wife Clarissa SWEET, are next. Then there is Levi DECKER, 25, and his wife Mary Ann ROBINSON,22, daughter of Dan. Thanks for your h
I just got my paternal grandfather's naval records from WWI.
I'm wondering if anyone knows if there's a place where you can obtain photos
of a veteran. We have none of my Granddad.
Thanks much,

Hello...Lakeside is also known as Page's Pond and is located in Susquehanna
Co. PA. The county seat is in Montrose. There is a very good Historical
Society there with good cemetery records. There is a cemetery not far from
Steinback Corners (sp?) on the road to Susquehanna Borough. My sister lives
in Lakeside. I'll ask her if she recognizes the names you are hunting for.

Was Henry TITUS, b abt 1833, who is found on page 86 of the 1850 Lenox, Susquehanna Co,Pa census the founder of Titusville , Brevard Co,Florida? I notice there are a number of TITUSES in the 1850 Lenox census, among them Henry TITUS,b abt 1833. The founder of Titusville , Florida was named H. T. TITUS. Levi R. DECKER,1825-1913, a resident of Lenox in 1850,page 93, moved to Titusville in the about 1886. Shrortly thereafter he was offered the 'TITUS house.' In 1890 the son of 1890 ,also HT TITUS, sold Levi

I had to dig out my law book for this one. After reading about 3 pages

Hello all,
I am looking for information on William and Ruby (Hamilton) Hawkins, who
lived in Great Bend, PA from the 1920's to 1965, when William died. We have
been unable to find their burial sites, nor the date that Ruby died. They
had 2 daughters, Wilma, born early 1920's, and Vida, born 1925 - stillborn.
Ruby is my Great Aunt.
Any help locating where they are buried and any other information would be
greatly appreciated!
Patti
Would anyone on the list have knowledge of "burial permits"? Are there such
things, and if so, what info available from them as opposed to death
certificates?
Would they be easier, quicker to obtain than death certs?
Thanks,
Jeannette

Is Lakeside in Susquehanna? I had ordered my gg-grandfathers pension file and it says his parents resided at Lakeside, near Page's Pond.
If it is in Susquehanna, is there a cemetary near there? I'm trying to find the burial place of my ggg-grandfather Simeon Sloat & ggg-grandmother Nancy (Dutcher) Sloat.
Thanks in advance.

research on churches in those states as in Illinois and others closer to
us. However, we wish to submit what we have to the genealogy researc

Would Susquehanna HX SOC at Montrose have it?
Are there more marriage listings in the book?
Thanks for posting the lists.

I'm new at doing Susquehanna research. Can someone help me understand the
following:
How does one get a copy of a death certificate? What years are available?
How does one get a copy of an obit? What newspapers went back to the late
