Looking for anyone with the 1890 and 1900 Washington County Census to search
for a John C. Bell. He would have been a child in 1890 and a teenager in
1900 likely still living in his childhood home.
Mr. Bell was supposedly born in Imperial, PA about 1884. Imperial is so
close to the border of Washington and Allegheny County that I cannot be sure
in which county he may have been born. His birth year is approximate and
his place of birth is uncertain. The census records would help clear this.

One correction, you mention that the virus can be hidden within a "exe"
file. An "exe" file would have to be "opened" or "executed" for anything to
happen. McAfee by the way does protect against this. My online McAfee which
checks for virus updates every night, added this virus to my scan engine
several nights ago.

Larry,
Thanks for the reply.
The history I have, recorded in Washington County history somewhere, is that
Edward West, b. 1729, moved from Loudoun, Va., to Fallowfield. Census and
other records indicate he was present and accounted for in Fallowfield
during the 1790s. In 1769, at some unknown location, he married an Elizabeth
McComas, also b. 1729-30.
Histories also say he had a son, Thomas, who married a Nancy Dryden, and
they had a son, Thomas Jr., who married a daughter of Aaron Whitaker (a Rev.

Hi all!
Just a little input from me....................... I had McAfee at one time

wiped out my computer. I switched to Norton and it has been catching

This article was on a scrap of newsprint in one of the bound volumes of
newspapers I am looking at. Part of the article is missing, but it is kind
of interesting. It appears to be from one of the McDonald, PA newspapers of
the time. Not sure of the exact date, but I believe it is at the end of
November, 1918.

Will check-out Mac's suggestion re. York Mills being along York Run in
Fayette Co. Perhaps my Great Aunt, Anna Eliza Sumney was visiting or
working in that area. It amazes me how they got around in those days and I
put-off driving a mile to the grocery.
I suspected the Wolf/Wolfe line that is connected to the Helt's is also
connected to the Wolf/Wolf's of Washington Co. Several of my Sumney
ancestors married a Wolfe/Wolf.
What I just discovered from the Helt relatives in Iowa:
